A government photo ID, plus a second ID that shows your address, such as a lease, insurance policy, or vehicle registration. A driver's license counts as only one of the two.

Can I reserve a mailbox online?
Physical mailboxes are set up in person. Stop by the shop with your two IDs and we'll help you get set up. If you are not in town, a virtual mailbox can be set up online.
What do I need to open a mailbox?
Two forms of ID, as required by USPS Form 1583: one government-issued photo ID (driver's or state ID, passport, military ID, or permanent resident card) and a second ID that shows your address (such as a lease, mortgage or deed, home or vehicle insurance policy, vehicle registration, or voter registration card). A driver's license can count as only one of the two. Setup takes about ten minutes at the counter, and we can witness your signature on the spot, so no notary is needed. For a business mailbox, also bring your business name, business address, and where it's registered.
What will my mailing address look like?
Your address is our street address, the business unit number 101, and your box number. For example: Jane Smith, 40 Spanish Peak Dr #101, Box 123, Bozeman, MT 59718. Always include both #101 and your box number so your mail and packages reach you. We give you your box number when you sign up.
Is a mailbox here the same as a P.O. Box?
No. Your address is a street address at 40 Spanish Peak Dr #101, Bozeman, MT 59718, not a P.O. Box. You can receive packages from USPS, UPS, and FedEx there.
When can I pick up my mail?
During business hours: Monday through Friday 8am to 6pm, and Saturday 10am to 4pm. We are closed Sunday. Parking is free in front of the store.
