Are you a post office? Do you sell stamps?
We are an independent shipping store, not a USPS post office. We ship and receive USPS packages and mail along with UPS and FedEx, and we sell stamps.
Which carrier is cheapest?
It depends on the size, weight, destination, and how fast you need it there. We compare USPS, UPS, and FedEx at the counter so you can choose what is fastest or cheapest.
Do I need an appointment to ship?
No appointment needed. Walk in anytime during business hours.
Do you accept drop-offs for UPS, FedEx, and USPS?
Yes. Bring prepaid UPS, FedEx, or USPS packages during business hours and we'll get them on the next pickup. All drop-offs are free. For USPS, we try to keep drop-offs to about 10 packages at a time. Give us a call at (406) 586-2445 if you have questions about a larger drop-off.
What are your carrier pickup times?
UPS and FedEx are picked up at 3:00 pm Monday through Friday. USPS runs six days a week; the pickup time varies, so bring packages during business hours.
Do you sell boxes and packing supplies, and can you pack my items?
Yes. We sell boxes and packaging materials, so you can pack and ship in one stop. For larger or more complicated items, we can help pack them for an additional cost. Call (406) 586-2445 or stop by with questions.
Can you print a shipping label for me?
Yes. Send your label by email or call us, and we will print it.
Do you accept QR codes for shipping labels?
We accept USPS and FedEx QR codes. Show the code on your phone and we will scan it and send your package. We do not accept UPS QR codes.
Can you ship internationally?
Yes. We can help with customs paperwork for international shipments.
Can I ship batteries, liquids, or other hazardous items?
No. We do not ship hazardous materials, which includes items such as lithium batteries and certain liquids. If you are not sure about an item, call (406) 586-2445 before you come in and we will let you know.
